Services I Offer
A Happier, Healthier You
During our time together we’ll work to solve current problems, develop strategies to address areas you identify and want to change. We will increase positive thinking and responses and “re-frame” reactions to difficult situations. You will gain valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles. I’m confident you’ll find my personalized Individual Therapy beneficial and inspirational. Get in touch to book an appointment.
Healing Mind, Body and Spirit
In our sessions, we’ll put to work a transforming non-verbal mode of therapy. Sandplay therapy, a multidimensional modality that is powerful for both adults and children alike. It works to process deep seated memories and experience that shapes our daily living. Experience emotional healing without having to find the words to describe you deepest memories, thoughts and feeling. It is ideal for children as it works within their natural ability of expressing themselves through play. Adults often find it transformational. Get in touch to book an appointment.
Animal Assisted Therapy
Bromley is a one year old rescued mixed breed. She has completed formal training and passed the AKC's Canine Good Citizen test and a certified therapy dog exam. Bromley is available to join therapy sessions for additional support for clients. She's super sweet, will give you a cuddle and unconditional love. Research shows that spending time with a therapy canine will reduce stress, lower blood pressure and leave the person with a sense of happiness and wellbeing.
